Each delicious Millie’s flavor is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. Our vegan gelato is designed to be enjoyed on every level by everybody. We start with homemade sprouted almond milk and cashew cream for a velvety base that is rich in mouth feel and essential enzymes and protein. We then select ingredients that will dazzle your taste buds and make your heart happy.

Organic berries and stone fruit are culled from local farmers at the peak of their season so they are chockablock with natural sweetness and nutrients. Our chocolate-based gelatos are crafted with South American cacao and cacao nibs—both high in magnesium and antioxidants for enhanced mood and brainpower. We sweeten our gelato with organic blue agave, coconut palm sugar and dates. Each ingredient matters, so we only pick the best.
